Questions & Answers
Is the deposit really refundable?
Yes. Your 50% deposit is fully refundable up until the week we begin building your specific unit.
Why isn't Artisan pre-installed?
Licensing restrictions prevent us from shipping it installed. We include the configuration files and guide so you can install and be ready within minutes.
What utilities do I need?
Standard electrical & venting requirements will be confirmed on the pre-build call; we provide a checklist so installation is frictionless.

How many roasters per month?
We currently produce two Pioneer units per month to maintain build quality and rapid iteration of improvements.
Can I finance the purchase?
Yes. Bank or equipment financing is common. Your reservation confirmation and invoice can support loan documentation.
What support is included?
Remote orientation plus baseline profile assistance. Additional consulting or profile development packages are available.
